Job Description
HCLTech is seeking an Onsite Support Technician in Switzerland (Genève) with 3–5 years of hands-on field support experience. You will deliver high-quality face-to-face end-user support, install and configure desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, and handle onsite problem resolution with a collaborative Site Services team.
You will work with Audio Visual, Network, and Server groups, document incidents, manage ticket queues, and ensure tickets meet SLA.
