Job Description

HCLTech is seeking an experienced IT support engineer to provide on-site deskside support across Windows and macOS environments, handling hardware, software, and network issues. You will manage image builds with SCCM and oversee endpoint management via Intune, JAMF, and Active Directory.

The role requires 7+ years of hands-on IT support and willingness to be on-call for P1 incidents outside regular hours. On-site work in Cuautitlán Izcalli, Mexico.
