Job Purpose: The Canadian Oilseed Trader is responsible for sourcing, buying (sourcing) Canola and Soybeans in the domestic Canadian market and selling in the global export market. The role involves market analysis, risk management, and negotiation with suppliers and buyers to maximize profitability while ensuring a stable supply chain.

Market Analysis & Trading Strategy

• Main focus is on physical canola and soybean trading and marketing by domestic origination for export.
• Monitor global and regional canola / rapeseed and soybean markets, including price movements, supply-demand trends, and macroeconomic factors.
