Our client is one leading and very sizable organization in the industry providing IT&T solutions with business in both retail and corporate sectors.

  • Handle mobile payment related issues and operations, including but not limited to updating content, handling customer enquiries, transaction processing, etc.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders and business partners for any issues related payment processing and hence to come up with effective remedial actions for improvement
  • Perform reconciliation to ensure all transactions are properly processed
  • Involve in system enhancement tasks; assist in defining user requirements and conduct UAT
  • Prepare reports for management review on a regular basis
  • Handle adhoc assignments when required

  • Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Business Studies or related disciplines
