Position Purpose

Reporting to the Intermediate Generalist of Human Resources, leads the day-to-day activities to ensure the smooth running of various processes and activities related to human resources for the faculty, including customer service, recruitment and staffing of nonunionized short‑term contract, CUPE and APTPUO positions, while ensuring compliance with collective agreements and related policies and procedures.

• Act as the resource person for the sector on inquiries related to human resources, apply policies, explain procedures, and facilitate processes for short‑term contracts, CUPE and APTPUO.
