Job Description

Fazer Confectionery is seeking a Senior Specialist in Vantaa to lead process development and NPI projects. The role involves bringing new products to life, developing operating models, and supporting production with technical solutions on-site in Vaarala, Vantaa.

You will report to the Manager of Process Development and NPI. The position is fixed-term until end of 2027, with a base salary between 3 800 € and 4 500 € per month, plus benefits such as product discounts and well-being allowances.
