Job Description

Minimum Requirements:
  1. Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field
  2. Minimum 8 years' experience in New Product Development within the FMCG manufacturing industry
  3. Strong understanding of FMCG production processes and quality standards
  4. Knowledge of food safety systems such as HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards
  5. Experience with product trials, formulation, and factory implementation processes
  6. Excellent project management and organisational skills
  7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
  8. Computer literacy in MS Office (Excel) and product development systems
  9. Experience in food and beverage FMCG products (advantageous)
  10. Knowledge of retailer requirements and product compliance standards (advantageous)
  11. Experience working in high-volume manufacturing environments (advantageous)
