Senior Node.JS Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend APIs and Services for mobile and web applications.

• Provide support for existing codebases.

• Refactor CoffeeScript to TypeScript for improved efficiency.

• Create reusable, testable, and efficient code.



Qualifications:

• 5+ yrs CoffeeScript, 3+ yrs Node.js/JavaScript.

• Strong experience with MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis.

• Skilled in Docker, Kubernetes, AWS (CloudFormation, API Gateway, AppSync/GraphQL).

• Familiarity with automation/DevOps tools (Jenkins, DataDog, Loggly).

• Knowledge of frameworks: Express, Lodash, Knex, Sequelize.

• Experience with microservices architecture & full SDLC

• Strong problem-solving & communication skills.
