We're looking for a Senior Developer to join a fast-growing engineering team working on regulated financial platforms across LATAM.
This is an urgent, high-impact hire. You'll be joining at a critical stage, helping to deliver key product milestones and scale secure, high-availability systems in a regulated environment.

What You'll Be Doing
- Building and scaling backend services using
- Deploying and managing applications in Kubernetes
- Working with MongoDB in production environments
- Contributing to cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS)
- Identifying technical risks and proactively solving them
- Collaborating closely with product and engineering stakeholders
