Senior NGS Service Engineer (Sequencers)

We are seeking a highly experienced NGS Service Engineer with deep, hands-on expertise in NGS sequencers and strong understanding of their internal systems.

Core Expertise Required:

• Installation, calibration & advanced troubleshooting of NGS sequencers

• Strong knowledge of optics, fluidics, electronics & motion systems

• Hardware, software & firmware-level diagnostics

• Preventive & breakdown maintenance of sequencing platforms

Qualifications

3–5+ years of hands-on sequencer service experience

• Experience on 2 or more sequencer platforms is a strong advantage

• Ability to independently resolve complex field issues

• Background in Biomedical / Electronics / Instrumentation or relevant areas.
