Senior Network Security Operations Engineer

Job Description Senior Network Security Operations Engineer Experience - 6-8 yrs The Network Security Operations (NetSecOps) team is seeking two Senior Engineers to support and operate our global network security platforms. You will be responsible for Level 2 operations on Palo Alto Firewalls, including policy management, NAT, IPSEC tunnels, and related troubleshooting. You will work closely with peer teams to ensure our network remains secure, stable, and compliant. Key Responsibilities Operate and troubleshoot Palo Alto firewalls (Security Policies, NAT, IPSEC VPNs, routing, HA). Handle network security incidents, service requests, and configuration changes according to security policies. Monitor and analyse network events, logs, and traffic to identify and resolve issues. Support additional security technologies: Zscaler Proxy, NIPS, VPN, cloud security controls. Perform configuration audits to ensure compliance and security awareness.
