Job Description

  • Install, configure, and support Fortinet Firewalls in customer environments.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain:
    • FortiAnalyzer
    • FortiManager
    • Fortinet SD-WAN
    • Fortinet Switches
  • Perform implementation, migration, upgrades, health checks, and troubleshooting of Fortinet solutions.
  • Provide onsite/ remote installation, configuration, and technical support to customers across Pune.
  • Diagnose and resolve network security incidents while ensuring minimal service disruption.
  • Work closely with customers to understand requirements and provide technical recommendations.
  • Document implementation activities, configurations, and support cases.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams and OEM support for complex issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest Fortinet technologies, security trends, and best practices.
