Summary of Role
We are seeking highly skilled Senior Network Engineers to be based onsite, providing Tier 2/3 technical support and augmenting the current permanent support team. The role will primarily focus on first-line support call resolution, while also contributing to network projects, design, implementation, and operations.
The successful candidates will play a key role in managing and supporting local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and Cisco ACI data centre environments, ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance.
Responsibilities
Provide Tier 2/3 network support and troubleshoot complex incidents.
Support 1st line service desk calls and ensure timely resolution.
Participate in network projects, including design, deployment, and upgrades.
