Key Responsibilities Network Operations Manage senior network support, including escalations and complex troubleshooting Ensure network reliability across diverse environments VoIP & Telephony Monitor VoIP systems (physical & virtual) using dashboards and alerts Conduct call quality investigations and performance optimisation Support provisioning, automation, and system maintenance Contribute to R&D initiatives (e.g., codec optimisation, system enhancements) Manage VPN technologies (e.g., WireGuard) Problem Management & Escalations Lead investigations into recurring issues and trends Support escalation overflow and high-priority incidents Step in to oversee Tier 1 operations when required Projects & Leadership Act as a key technical resource on large-scale projects Mentor and guide junior engineers Contribute to automation and infrastructure innovation initiatives Security & Networking Configure and manage next-gen firewalls and network security solutions Support large on-premises clie...
