Senior Network Engineer (Managed Services)

About the Role

You will play a pivotal role within our high performing Infrastructure Services team, taking ownership of critical network operations to ensure seamless performance and high availability across our customer environments. You will help drive a shift toward proactive, preventative network management by using monitoring tools and operational insights to identify and resolve issues before they impact our customers. Your expertise will be key in driving how we observe, manage and optimise the networks we support, fostering a culture of continuous visibility, stability, and improvement. While the role is anchored in BAU excellence, you will contribute to project-based initiatives across areas such as LAN, WAN, SD‑WAN, cloud networking, next generation infrastructure as well as collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
