Job Description
Tier 2, Network Engineer
- Oversee NOC department daily operation, ensure NOC team is comply to NOC SOP.
- Responsible for ensuring that incidents are handled effectively and efficiently, from initial identification and triage to resolution and post-incident analysis.
- Handle network surveillance & L2-L3 troubleshooting of the events taking place on the network.
- Perform in-depth, technical presentations and proposals for upcoming and ongoing project delivery.
- Technical support for projects - project preparation, pre-sales technical support, solution development, solution testing with customers, project delivery with a delivery team.
- Actively participate as a specialist on assigned Virtual Team and provides consultative support in your area of specialization to other Systems Engineers.
