Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Wi‑Fi: Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco WLCs, APs, and coverage issues.
  • Switching: Manage Cisco core, distribution, and access switches; handle monitoring, alerts, and patching.
  • Cabling: Troubleshoot fiber/copper issues, supervise vendors for repairs.
  • Security: Manage Wi‑Fi authentication (Cisco ISE), guest networks, and VPN.
  • Configure firewall policies (Cisco Firepower, Palo Alto).
  • Maintain ACLs and patch security systems.
  • Documentation: Keep inventory, SOPs, warranty/support records, and troubleshooting guides updated.

Additional Systems

  • VMware vSphere, NetApp storage, Veeam backups, Cisco UC (VOIP), Microsoft AD/DNS/DHCP/SCCM, Google Workspace, Azure AD.

Must‑Have

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Network Engineering or equivalent.
