Description

The selected candidate will take part in both pre-sales and post-sales activities, collaborating closely with internal teams
  • Participate in client meetings alongside the sales team to deliver product presentations and technical guidance
  • Manage technical presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (PoC) processes; prepare kit lists, write and interpret technical specifications
  • Work with the sales team to follow up on opportunities and contribute to the sales process
  • Provide product training and introductions to resellers and end-users
  • Install purchased software and hardware solutions; ensure system integration and seamless, secure operation
  • Diagnose issues, develop and implement solutions, and liaise with vendors when necessary
  • Conduct regular site visits to clients under maintenance agreements; perform checks based on service follow-up lists, and promptly resolve identified issues
