Senior Naval Architect-Basic Design

Responsibilities:

• Mentor a team of engineers in Hull outfitting/Accommodation outfitting design to carry out Hull outfitting arrangement, related calculations, procurement, detail design, bill of material and 3D modeling for a tender or ongoing projects.
• Prepare/review technical specifications for Hull outfitting and accommodation outfitting equipment and material procurement and perform technical evaluation of vendor's bid.
• Support other in-house departments and external parties, where required, by providing specialist technical advice and information.
• Assist in the development of new designs and design concepts.
• Design, prepare and review layout in accordance with building specification, rules, and regulations for tender, class and owner's approval and construction.
