Senior Program Coordinator - Job Profile/Summary:

• The Senior Program Coordinator will play an integral role in the program management team with Workspend Managed Services Program and will be responsible for delivering superior customer satisfaction by driving results, and ensuring customer’s needs are met.

• The Senior Program Coordinator will be the trusted advisor on all workforce solutions for our customers, guiding them end to end through the requisition process and will act as the primary liaison with staffing agencies for requisition engagement, screening, and hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the staffing and requisition fulfillment process – ensuring that the customer needs are being met.

• Conducting intake calls with client hiring manager to identify staffing needs and ideal candidate; review job requisitions and distribute to appropriate Staffing Partners
