Senior SQL Server DBA
The scope of this job is SQL Server database administration, which is responsible for the installation, testing, configuration, trouble shooting and maintenance of SQL Server, 2012, 2014 and 2016 technologies. Additionally, resource will assist for HA and DR designing, planning, implementation processes. Establishes and documents standards and procedures for management review. The candidate should have been able to create, implement or recommend process refinement opportunities, making the database administration support model more efficient. The candidate must also be able to recognize automation opportunities as well that will reduce the amount of hands on support. The ability to follow instructions both written and verbal is paramount as well as the ability to multi-task. Strong verbal skills are a must. Flexible work schedule is a must. Job responsibilities:
