Prepare the mold specification to ensure the mold is clear defined and mold design can meet the requirement of manufacturing.

Check the mold design from supplier side to ensure supplier’s design can meet the standard of Philips CL.

Monitoring the fabrication process of molds/dies on supplier side to make sure the molds/dies can be made according to mold spec. , and meet each milestone of project.

Organize the mold trial to ensure the mold can be fully tested and the related risks can be found and managed.
