Job Description
Position Title : Senior Model-Based Development Engineer – Automotive (5–8 Yrs)
Location – Pune
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop control algorithms and physical system models using MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow
Build plug-and-play architectures with scalable, reusable model components.
Execute Rapid Control Prototyping (RCP) and validations: MIL, SIL, PIL, HIL
Perform automated model testing and simulation-based verification.
Debug, review, and ensure compliance with AUTOSAR , ISO26262 , and MISRA standards.
Generate optimized production code using TargetLink / Embedded Coder / dSPACE.
Guide junior developers on modeling best practices and debugging techniques.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align with product requirements and hardware constraints.
