Senior ML Expert: LLM Reasoning & Training (Remote)

Alignerr is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Expert to author training traces that teach LLMs how to reason step by step. This is a fully remote, hourly-contract role designed for experienced ML practitioners who understand how models make decisions and want to influence that process from the inside.

You will break down complex problems into structured steps, contribute to data strategies, and review traces for quality and alignment with best practices in model training.
