This position requires hands-on work to design effective evaluation methodologies and manage datasets. You’ll bridge the gap between model performance and real user impact, collaborating with engineers and product teams. The role allows for in-person, hybrid, and remote arrangements near Toronto or Vancouver.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create evaluation systems reflecting real-world user needs

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline
• 4+ years of ML engineering or evaluation experience
