Senior Mine Technical Services Superintendent

Stellar Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Senior Mine Technical Services Superintendent FIFO 8/6 roster (ex-Perth)  to join a high-performing mining operation and lead a multidisciplinary technical services function. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving safe, compliant and value-adding mine planning outcomes across the operation.

The Role Reporting into site leadership, you will lead and coordinate Mine Engineering, Geology and Survey teams to ensure delivery of accurate, timely and cost-effective mine plans.
 
Your responsibilities will include:

• Championing a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with site Health & Safety Management Plans
• Direct supervision and mentoring of Team Leads across Engineering, Geology and Survey
