Senior Microsoft SQL Developer - Hybrid Richmond, VA

Position Summary The Senior Microsoft SQL Developer will support the modernization of anenterprise tolling transaction platform undergoing a partial rewrite usingmicroservices and modularization. This role is a critical part of theAgile/Scrum project team and is responsible for developing, optimizing, andmodernizing SQL components within a business-critical, high-availability SQLServer environment running on Azure Virtual Machines (IaaS). The developer willcollaborate with solution architects, cloud engineers, API developers, andtesters to ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability of thedatabase platform, reporting to the Development Manager.
