TE Connectivity Corporation seeks a Staff MFG & Process Dvl Eng (SMT PCB/A) in Hermosillo, Mexico. You will design and implement manufacturing techniques, processes, and automation to maximize throughput and efficiency.

The role involves NPI ownership, process qualification, and sustaining manufacturing excellence across PCB/A assembly. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of experience in design automation, strong SAP & MS Office skills, and proven project management abilities.
