Jobtailor is seeking a senior engineer to provide advanced support for FactoryTalk Information Software with emphasis on Life Sciences MES such as PharmaSuite. The role involves diagnosing complex issues across MES, ERP, databases, and networks, and delivering high-quality knowledge content for customers and internal teams.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and support groups, stay current with emerging tech, and mentor junior staff.
