  • Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
  • Assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customers’ quality and budget requirements
  • Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production
  • Arrange sample submission to customers for approval
  • Handle merchandising related documents
  • Draft sample instruction, check sample yarn and dimension
  • Negotiate price & timeline, prepare cost sheet and T&A
  • Co-operate with Design Team in product development and provide information about yarn, accessories and production situation
  • Update market situation with Design Team
  • Manage of development and orders, follow up production and the delivery time frames
