About the Company

We are looking for an individual with 10 years' experience as registered ECSA - Pr Eng and design within the Building Services Sector. The position is based Durban and Kimberley branch servicing other branches.

Responsibilities

  • +10 years' experience post qualification in the Building Services Sector with ECSA Registration OR
  • Experience in designing within Healthcare Sector specifically, hospitals
  • Competent on Mechanical design and installations (Wet Services, Fire Services, Medical Services, Compressed Air, Laundry Equipment etc.)
  • Competent in tender and bills of quantities compilation and knowledge of various contracts e.g., JBCC, NEC3 etc.
  • Competent with Designs and Construction Management
  • Competent to run a project from condition assessment, inception up to project handover stage with minimal to no supervision.
