Job Description

Randstad Switzerland seeks an experienced Mechanical Engineer to own end-to-end mechanical development in a matrix project setup. You will drive design for manufacturability for high-volume plastic components and collaborate with external development partners to ensure timely delivery of core work packages.

The role requires 6–8 years of hands-on product development experience, proficiency in SolidWorks and SAP, and strong English communication in an agile environment.
