Senior Mechanical Engineer

Senior Mechanical Engineer will work closely with other discipline engineers and technical coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Design and perform calculations for handling equipment such as cranes (electric and hydraulic), gangways, launch and recovery systems, and winches according to specifications and budgets.
• Conduct FEM analysis (ANSYS) and manual calculations (Excel, Mathcad, etc.), including documentation.
• Assist the Concepts and Solutions department with technical expertise and contribute during sales and pre‑engineering phases.
• Prepare production documentation (2D drawings).
• Populate and drive the quality of the Seaonics Product Library.
• Prepare documentation for class approvals.
• Contribute to production of technical documentation for installation parties and end‑users.
