Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design and administer contract/project of mechanical and electrical engineering works for building service including:
Schematic, conceptual and detailed design of M&E systems.
Preparation of tender drawings, specifications and cost estimates.
Preparation of technical reports, tender evaluations and project documentation.
Attend project meetings, site meetings and site inspections.
Liaise and coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities on project matters.
Review of shop drawings, material submissions and technical submissions.
Contract administration and project coordination.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards and statutory requirements.
Testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems.
