Job Description
- Responsible for product design and development using 3D CAD software and other simulation tools
- Responsible for product assembly and testing and buyoff
- Execute mechanical piece part design, process and tooling verification
- Implement product and process improvement
- Perform proper documentation including DCN, SOP, user manual, piece part, pneumatics drawing, design drawing etc.
- Coordinate design phases, transfer and project scheduling
- Responsible for new module and new machine design independently and review junior engineer's design
- Responsible for evaluation and generate analysis report independently
- Master on machine operation and working principal
- Translate customer's requirement into design specification, evaluate design feasibility and provide technical expertise to exceed customer expectations
- Guide & coach development engineers and ensure knowledge sharing
