The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Senior Mechanical BIM Revit 3D Modeler to join our dynamic Mechanical and Electrical Group in the GTA and Southwestern Ontario .

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of Mechanical HVAC and Plumbing & Fire Protection (P&FP) design, bringing complex Buildings projects to life through advanced 3D Revit modeling .

You’ll also play a key role in driving innovation by supporting our BIM Manager with cutting‑edge design automation tools —a major corporate initiative that’s transforming how we deliver projects.
