Senior Materials Engineer

Dana Incorporated’s Light Vehicle Thermal Division designs and manufactures powertrain-agnostic, advanced thermal management solutions for the rapidly evolving mobility landscape. We are seeking a Senior Thermal Engineer to lead the design, development, and autonomous launch of refrigerant-based heat exchangers for next‑generation automotive heat pump systems. Our Materials Engineering group also has an opening for a Senior Materials Engineer at our R&D Center in Oakville, Ontario. Reporting to the Manager, Materials & Joining Technology Research, this position will be based in our Oakville R&D center.

Responsibilities

• Interpretation of materials characterization results for new products, materials research & development projects in the field of aluminum and copper alloys and selection/validation of new materials.
