Job Description

NPAworldwide is seeking an experienced Test Engineering lead for EMS-backed PCBA manufacturing in Malaysia. You will drive transition of new products from engineering to manufacturing and oversee all manufacturing test activities including FCT, SYST, and ESS testing.

You will work with product engineering and suppliers to optimize test methods, fixtures, and automation. Strong emphasis on root-cause analysis, test equipment setup, and cross-functional collaboration.
