  • Support RFQ/ERQ. Handle project PFMEA, flowchart, WI documents creation and updating. Maintain project ECN cases.
  • Focus on mass production line continual improvement to achieve site facility expectation. Deal with NCPR case and join in customer service works.
  • New assembly machine / fixture /process development.
  • Assembly line investment budget
  • Production line mechanical design review, existing production line main issue trouble shooting.
  • Support Phillips-Medisize plants in China region.

    • What You Will Do
  • Effectively cooperate with product designer to optimize product design and validation; Design and develop the assembly process and tooling to meet production requirement.
  • Cooperate with PJM, quality engineers and related teams to build new assembly line according to product requirement by lean thinking.
