Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead engineering changes, process improvements, and PROLaunch activities for new products. The role includes SAP routings, PFMEAs, tooling coordination, and supporting EHS programs.

Develop and maintain manufacturing processes and layouts, ensuring on-time delivery and quality while collaborating with manufacturing, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
