Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational safety, availability and reliability of the plant physical assets
• Oversee the development, implementation and management of documented reliability and asset integrity strategies
• Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Site Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 45001, PSM, SARI, NSF, KOSHER, etc.)
• Manage the budget allocated to the Reliability and Asset Integrity team
• Manage the personnel in the Reliability & Asset Integrity team
• Support the planning team to keep the SAP database updated
• Oversee the development, implementation and management of reliability-based maintenance and inspection programs
• Drive the use of Proactive (Predictive and Preventive) Maintenance techniques
• Identify the reliability and asset integrity activities that must be performed by external contractors
