We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Workforce Management / Capacity Planning and Reporting Analyst to join our Global Metrics team. This role will be based in Mumbai/Pune. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office
This role is pivotal in ensuring optimal resource utilisation and capacity planning across key SME resources and project portfolios. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate capacity forecasts, delivering insightful reporting, and supporting data-driven decision-making to prioritise and sequence projects effectively
We will count on you to:
Capacity Forecasting & Reporting:
Maintain and enhance capacity forecast reporting dashboards in Power BI.
Collaborate with resource managers to ensure capacity forecasts are regularly updated in Planview, establishing a formal update cadence aligned with the Change Portfolio reporting cycle.
