Senior Manager - Workday HR Technology (Talent, Learning, Performance)

We’re supporting a large enterprise Workday customer in Brampton, Canada who are looking to hire a 'Senior Manager, Workday HR Technology (Talent, Performance & Learning). This is a leadership role with 4 direct reports (2 Senior Analysts, 2 Analysts) and a rare opportunity to own Workday Talent Management and Workday Learning end‑to‑end in an environment that’s investing heavily in Workday.

We're looking for someone with hands‑on experience and expertise in Workday Talent, Performance, and Learning modules including design, configuration, support and optimization experience. Experience leading and/or mentoring Workday Analysts is preferred.

This is a hybrid role in the Brampton, ON, Canada and relocation candidates are welcome.
