Responsibilities

Requirements

• 11 to 14 years of experience in Test Engineering Manufacturing (TEM)
• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Expertise in test process optimization and productivity improvements
• Leadership in development of production test strategies and test equipment
• Communication and project leadership skills
• Familiarity with industry best practices and regulations
