Job Description

L2/L3 Network Engineer

  • Performs service fulfillment for request on network services
  • Own and drive incident resolution
  • Own and drive root cause identification and permanent resolution of network issues
  • Perform moderate to complex network changes
  • Performs on call support during after business hour and weekend on a rotational basis

Candidate Specifications

Minimum Educational Level

  • Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

Professional / Special Qualification

  • CCNA is preferred.
  • ITIL certification is preferred
  • Candidate without certifications but able to demonstrate exceptional level of knowledge and skills with proven track record may be considered.
