Senior Manager - Technical Scrum Master

An Agile Scrum Master is responsible for helping to remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement. The role works in an Agile delivery team with other members to develop and enable technical solutions that satisfy the needs of a variety of PepsiCo's business processes. The role must be able to deliver work product required by Agile development methodologies for software development delivery as defined by the Delivery Lead which includes helping the assigned agile delivery team meet its goals and coordinate activities with other teams.
