Technical Program Manager (TPM) plays a pivotal role here at Snowflake. TPMs own and drive complex programs across various organizations, acting as the key drivers that empower engineers and product teams to innovate and execute with clarity and confidence. They effectively map out dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure accountability among team members. They work cross-functionally to plan, track, and execute on dependencies. They provide adaptive leadership and implement processes as needed to enable and accelerate our business goals.
