Job Description
The successful candidate will be the lead talent partner to the Business Area, working closely with business and HR business partners to develop talent and L&D plans to enable business performance and employee development. Key Responsibilities
: Support and implement processes and programs in support of the talent management strategy Coordinate and administer talent management programs according to defined strategy and plan, including the creation and delivery of key deliverables, talent reports, communications, learning materials, and other support resources. Partner closely with the business and HR Business Area Leader to build and design talent programs Work with and through talent and HR business partners to implement talent actions for the business - rotation, assessment, development and succession planning.
