• Co-design and execute end-to-end talent development strategies and programs that deliver measurable leadership capability and organizational impact
• Create compelling narratives that translate program strategy, outcomes, and business value into clear views that secure stakeholder alignment at all levels
• Collaborate with key partners across the Leadership Team, HR Talent Partners, and COEs to strengthen outcomes and execute strategic priorities
• Develop solutions aligned to RBC's leadership strategy, focusing on employee experience, human‑centric design, and best‑in‑class talent development
