In this role, you will be:
  • Leading and coaching a high-performing TA team focused on Technology recruitment

  • Partnering with senior leaders and HR to design and execute competitive hiring strategies

  • Driving sourcing innovation across multiple channels

  • Leveraging data and insights to inform recruitment decisions and improve outcomes

  • Establishing and maintaining KPIs, recruitment dashboards, and forecasting tools to measure team performance and hiring outcomes.

  • Developing programs to attract talent from non-traditional, emerging, and diverse talent pools.

  • Enhancing process efficiency and candidate experience across the hiring journey

  • Building a culture of learning, development, and inclusion within the team

  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
